Andrea Hirji

As a visual designer and illustrator who's been in the industry since 2011, Andrea Hirji is the creator of branded imagery that’s both beautiful and functional. During that time, she has worked in a variety of sectors, including non-profits, finance, tech, and education. Her expertise lies in brand identity, print and digital asset creation, editorial illustrations, UI and UX work, and website design.
Andrea holds a degree in Visual Communication Design, a minor in Printmaking, and has worked as a frontend web developer. Her experiences have made her a very tactile designer with strong roots in both the visual arts and website development. With a passion for amplifying existing brands, she excels at uncovering new graphic elements for clients and integrating these designs into functional UI and UX.
While drawing and crafting are among her favourite pastimes, Andrea’s most impressive party trick is her ability to identify typefaces and talk at great length about the history of the ampersand.
